We typically meet every third Tuesday, at 12:30 pm, though that it subject to change. Meetings and agendas are also posted on our office door, as well as the entrance vestibule of the USPS building on Main Street.
We conduct our meetings in accordance with all applicable open meeting laws.
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
Accessibility: our meetings are typically held in our office, which requires walking up five stairs.
There is parking directly next to the building, if needed.
The parking lot is mostly level, but is packed earth with some gravel.
We will accommodate accessibility requests, including but not limited to, providing a ground entrance meeting space, or remote meeting options.
Please give us at least 24 hours (1 business day) notice to ensure availability.
